I have a few little announcements so today’s post is going to be a little different. There isn’t a new recipe today – I know 🙁 – but I’m sure what I have to say will make up for it!
First order of business is my exciting news…. I am in final stages and in the process of publishing my first ebooklet! This booklet is entitled The Ultimate Baking Conversion Booklet.
After the success and lovely feedback from the people who downloaded my free downloadable conversion chart saying it has helped them in their baking endeavors, I wanted to create a more in depth conversion book to really help with any sort of conversion. From oven temperatures, metric to US to Imperial, baking tin sizes or general baking ingredient weights and measurements. I’ve even included some common ingredients and their equivalents because every country and person is different in their approach.
I know that I am constantly having to look up different conversions so I wanted to create a simple booklet that covers most conversions to help not only me, but anyone else who has struggles with the same. This booklet will be out in the next couple of weeks so watch this space!
Next order of business is that I have updated the photos and video tutorial of a recipe from my old blog back in 2014. This is the Coconut, Malteser Fudge that is a rich, dark chocolate coconut fudge with crisp Maltesers throughout. I encourage you to try this recipe if you love chocolate and coconut.
