MY TOP 10 RECIPES FOR 2021

We’re in the first day of 2022 and it’s that time of the year where we reflect on my top 10 recipes for 2021 as we have done in 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2017! These are the top viewed and made recipes from you guys. The readers.

What a year 2021 has been both good and bad. I know I haven't posted a new recipe in around a month and I'm sorry but I honestly just needed a break and to have a holiday to plan the next steps for this blog.

So thank you all for the continued love and support, for following my blog, connecting with me and trying my recipes, especially in this trying year! It really does mean the world to me and I can’t wait to take Lights, Camera, Bake! to even greater heights in 2022. I hope you’ll continue to follow me and grow in your baking skills with me!

NUMBER 1: EASY DATE SCONES

Number one for the THIRD year in a row!! These Easy Date Scones certainly stole everybody’s hearts! Just see all the comments and rave reviews!

Fluffy and perfect scones that are quick and easy to make. What’s not to love?

NUMBER 2: CARAMILK BROWNIES

In the numer two spot we have these Caramilk Brownies. They're rich and fudgy caramelised white chocolate brownies with pieces of Caramilk chocolate studded throughout.

Caramilk for the win! Caramilk is certainly a fan favourite and you can count on more caramilk recipes in 2022!

NUMBER 3: CONDENSED MILK BROWNIES

Introducing Condensed Milk Brownies. Super chewy, fudgy and dense chocolate brownies using condensed milk as the base.

These held the the same spot last year and is still one of my all time top performing posts on my blog! You love them, I love them, we all LOVE these brownies!

NUMBER 4: CONDENSED MILK BLONDIES

Condensed Milk Blondies are  the vanilla/caramel version of the brownies above. We have an ultra fudgy and gooey blondie made from condensed milk with no eggs and filled with chocolate chips for added oomph.

NUMBER 5: CARAMILK CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES

A new recipe to top the list is these cupcakes!

Caramilk Chocolate Cupcakes are soft and fluffy chocolate cupcakes filled with a caramilk ganache and topped with a caramilk buttercream.

They are my new favourite cupcakes and I'm happy you all agree.

NUMBER 6: KINDER BUENO COOKIE BARS

Chewy and soft cookie bars packed full of Kinder chocolate, Kinder Bueno and extra chocolate and white chocolate chips if you so desire…

This sponge cake continues to be my one of my friends and my families absolute favourite recipe and I'm so happy you all love it as much as we do.
