My Fudgy Brownies recipe is a classic brownie recipe that results in fudgy, gooey, rich, melting, chocolate brownies every single time! It is my go to recipe and the base of many of my brownie recipes on my blog. This is a highly requested recipe both online and among friends and family so you know its a good one!
Maple Oatmeal Cookies are chewy and soft chocolate chip oatmeal cookies flavoured with real maple syrup in the batter.
I love oat cookies! The texture oats give to cookies really just takes them up a notch.

I’m fashionably late to the unicorn party but I’ve finally made it. If the stores and my cousin are anything to go by, the unicorn trend is still going strong.
Say hello to Unicorn Cookie Bars. Soft, gooey and chewy cookie bars packed full of sprinkles, M&Ms and chocolate chips topped with a funfetti buttercream dyed pastel colours to really amp up the unicorn/rainbow feel of these cookie bars.

White Chocolate Brownies are fudgy, gooey and the white chocolate version of classic fudgy brownies. They’re sweet and perfection.
Are they blondies or just white chocolate brownies? But a blondie is supposed to be the opposite of a brownie, so are these “proper” blondies as they contain white chocolate and all the other blondies I’ve been making aren’t actually blondies? Gah, I don’t know!
Anyway, hello folks…
Mars Bar Fudge is taking a simple three ingredient fudge and adding copious amounts of chopped Mars Bars. That’s it! Quick, easy, no bake, and ready to eat within a couple of hours.
You know I love a good fudge. Especially when its only three ingredients and so quick and and easy to put together.
I’ll be honest and say I tried to make ‘real’ fudge once before and it refused to set, I also don’t have a candy thermometer so I didn’t know the temperature and it just turned into a big gooey mess. Needless to say, I’m a little scarred by that experience.
