A quick and easy no bake Cookie Dough Slice made without any eggs or flour!

  • 90 g Butter, Softened
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 and 1/2 Cups Oats
  • 3/4 Tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 150 g Chocolate
  • 3 Tbsp. Milk or Cream
  1. Line an 8"x8" tin with non stick baking paper.
  2. Grind the oats in a food processor or blender until they are a course flour like texture.
  3. Beat the butter and brown sugar together. Add the vanilla and beat.
  4. Add half the condensed milk and oat flour and beat in.
  5. Repeat with the remain oat flour and condensed milk.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. The mixture will be quite stiff and sticky.
  8. Spread into the prepared baking tin and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  1. Melt the chocolate and milk (or cream) together.
  2. Spread over the cookie dough and place in the fridge for at least a further 2 hours.
