Ingredients
For the Brownies;
  • 225 g Butter (1 Cup)
  • 200 g Dark Chocolate, Chopped
  • 300 g Caster Sugar
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 225 g All Purpose Flour
  • 25 g Cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
Topping;
  • 250 g White Chocolate, Melted
  • 1/4 Cup Sprinkles
  • 20 Wooden Popsicle Sticks
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 170°C (350°F) and line a 9x9 baking tin with baking paper.

  2. Melt butter and chopped chocolate over a low heat in a saucepan.

  3. Combine melted chocolate with sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract

  4. Mix in sifted flour, cocoa and salt until evenly combined but don’t over mix. 

  5. Pour in an even layer in the prepared pan and bake for 25-35 minutes.  Brownie should be firm around the outer edges but still squidgy and wobbly in the middle.

  6. Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing into 16 or 20 pieces.

  7. Put the brownies on the ends of the popsicle sticks so the sticks are up halfway through the brownies.

  8. Melt the white chocolate and place in either a bowl or a cup

  9. Place the sprinkles in a bowl.

  10. Dip the corner or the top half of each brownie in the white chocolate and sprinkle over the sprinkles
