  • 2 (116g) Mars Bars
  • 40 g Butter ( Tbsp.)
  • 1/2 Cup Marshmallows (Around 12)
  • 1 Tbsp. Golden Syrup (Corn Syrup)
  • 3 Cups Rice Bubbles (Rice Krispies)
  • 1 (58g) Mars Bar, Chopped
Chocolate Ganache;
  • 200 g Chocolate
  • 100 mL Cream
  1. Grease and line a 7x11 slice pan and set aside.

  2. Place the two Mars Bars, butter, golden syrup and marshmallows into a large saucepan on a medium heat.

  3. Stir until all combined and melted.

  4. Stir through the rice bubbles and chopped mars bar and press into the prepared pan.

  5. Place in the fridge while you make the ganache.

  6. Melt the chocolate and cream together and spread over the Mars Bar base.

  7. Place in the fridge for an hour before slicing.

  8. You want to slice before the ganache gets too set or you will get cracks in the top.
