Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Or Gluten Free Flour)
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 80 g Dark Chocolate (Or Vegan Chocolate)
  • 6 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2-4 Tbsp. Water
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking tray and set aside.

  2. Place the brown sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix together.

  3. Melt the oil and dark chocolate together and mix into the dry ingredients. Add in a tablespoon of water at a time until the mixture comes together.

  4. Add in the chocolate chips and stir through.

  5. Roll into balls and place on the baking tray and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes. The middle will be soft and they will look slightly underdone but they will harden as they cool.
