Ingredients
  • 1 Tin Sweetened Condensed Milk (395g Tin)
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 150 g Caramel Filled Chocolate (Caramello, Rolos, etc)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 250 g Digestive Biscuits, Crushed (Graham Crackers)
Instructions
  1. Line a 9"x9" baking pan with baking paper or grease with butter or non stick cooking spray.

  2. Place the condensed milk, butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over a medium heat.

  3. Stir and wait for the butter and brown sugar to dissolve.

  4. Bring it nearly to the boil then remove from the heat. 

  5. Add in the caramel chocolate and peanut butter and mix until all melted together.

  6. Mix in the vanilla and crushed digestive biscuits.

  7. Place mixture into prepared tin and press in until smooth and refrigerate for 1 hour to 2 hours or until set
