Desiccated Coconut
Instructions
Crush the digestive biscuits and the Oreos.
Place in a bowl with the coconut and 1 and 1/2 Cups Maltesers.
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate, butter and evaporated milk.
Take off the heat and add in the vanilla extract.
Reserve 1/3 cup of the melted mixture. Pour the rest over the coconut mixture and stir until combined.
Place the mixture in a greased pan and spread evenly.
Spread the reserved chocolate mixture over top and top with as many Maltesers as you like and sprinkle with coconut.
Refrigerate for at least an hour until set.
