No Bake Christmas Pudding
This No Bake Christmas Pudding combines Christmas cake fruit mix, crushed arrowroot biscuits, chopped walnuts held together with a chocolate mixture that is then set in the fridge.

Instructions
Crush the arrowroot biscuits and add the dried fruit and walnuts in a large bowl.
In a saucepan melt the sugar, water, cocoa, butter and dark chocolate together until smooth.
Pour over the dry ingredients and mix together.
Line a small bowl with cling wrap and pour the mixture into the bowl and press in evenly.
Allow the pudding to set for at least an hour but preferably two.
Once set, pull out the pudding and peel of the cling wrap.
Melt the white chocolate and pour over the top of the pudding in a Christmas pudding type of design.
Top with the glace cherries and serve!
