Peanut Butter Chocolate Layer Fudge
I'm celebrating National Fudge Day with this Peanut Butter Chocolate Layer Fudge. This is a a soft, melting, sweet peanut butter fudge topped with a super easy, rich, chocolate fudge.

Ingredients
Chocolate Fudge;

Tin
Sweetened Condensed Milk
(200g)

Peanut Butter Fudge;

Instructions
Chocolate Fudge;
Melt the chocolate chips and mix into the condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Set aside.
Peanut Butter Fudge;
Place the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan on a medium to high heat.
Add the milk once the butter has melted.
Boil the mixture for 2 minutes and then remove from heat.
Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
Add ⅔ Cup icing sugar. Slowly add more as necessary to make the mixture thick and pliable.
If your mixture is crumbly, add condensed milk until it becomes pliable.
Line an 8"x8" pan with non stick paper.
Spread the peanut butter fudge into an even layer.
Spread over the chocolate fudge.
Place it in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
Notes
You could use dark or milk chocolate chips. I used a mixture of both.
Make sure your peanut butter is soft.
