Instructions
Line an 8" or 9" pan with baking paper.
Melt the condensed milk, white chocolate and Biscoff spread in a medium sized saucepan over a medium heat stirring constantly.
Pour this mixture into the prepared baking pan and set in the fridge while you make the chocolate fudge layer.
Melt the condensed milk and chocolate in a medium sized saucepan over a medium heat stirring constantly.
Pour this mixture over the Biscoff fudge layer and spread evenly.
Place the fudge into the fridge to set.
Mine was firm enough to slice into pieces in one hour but you could let it set it in four hours to have a solid fudge.
