Biscoff Chocolate Fudge is a simple 'cheats' fudge that contains a layer of smooth and creamy Biscoff flavoured fudge topped with a rich chocolate fudge!
I have a slight obsession with Biscoff ever since Biscoff spread has been available in Australia.
Now I know my fellow Kiwi's still can't get their hands on it in store, I have heard from readers who have had success ordering it online from Amazon.
You can also use any other cookie butter spread available in your area.

This fudge recipe has been the base of many fudge recipes on my blog. From my Kinder Bueno fudge recipe to my KitKat Fudge. This base recipe uses sweetened condensed milk.
It is important you don't use a low fat sweetened condensed milk as the fudge will not set.
The rest of the recipe is described below and shown in the accompanying video.
This really is a 'cheats fudge'. It comes together in under 30 minutes and no candy thermometer needed!

- Mine was firm enough to slice into pieces in one hour but you could let it set it in four hours to have a solid fudge.
