Condensed Milk Blondies are a twist on my VERY popular Condensed Milk Brownies recipe! This is the vanilla/caramel version of those brownies. We have an ultra fudgy and gooey blondie made from condensed milk with no eggs and filled with chocolate chips for added oomph.

If you read my last post (Healthy Chocolate Cookie Bars), you will know i have been having technical difficulties with my site. I thought I was through the worst of it but apparently not. I still have a few things to fix but I'm pretty much back on track now!
Yay!
Let's celebrate with these condensed milk blondies that I may have made twice in all of two days!
Just like their brownie counterparts, these blondies are oh so gooey and fudgy. Chewy from the condensed milk and almost like a blondies fudge. Hard to describe so you are definitely going to have to make these for yourselves.
Due to the condensed milk, these are eggless blondies. You could even go for a coconut milk condensed milk if that's available in your country and you want these with less dairy or just to change things up.
Tips for Making the Condensed Milk Blondies
- Allow the mixture to cool for 10 minutes before adding the chocolate chips to avoid them melting into the mixture completely. If you don't want to wait just very lightly fold them through the mixture and pour straight into the baking dish.
- I baked mine in a 9"x9" baking pan but if you want these blondies taller, bake them in an 8"x8" baking pan instead.
- You can double the recipe to a 9"x13" if you wish.
The blondies themselves are insanely easy to make and all you need is a saucepan, a stove top and a spoon!
Melt the butter and condensed milk together. Add in the vanilla and brown sugar. Add in your dry ingredients of flour and baking powder and then bake!
The condensed milk and brown sugar give these brownies an amazing chewy texture while the lack of eggs ensure these brownies remain dense and fudgy.
I hope you enjoy these Condensed Milk Blondies and I truly hope you give this recipe a go and remember to rate and report back your results in the comments below. I love reading your comments! These were SO good! I made them in the Air Fryer because I don’t have an oven & adjusted the time just a touch. Turned out amazingly. I had to share the recipe with my whole family. So easy and delicious!!
Patrick
I have made it several times and ended up making my homemade blonde topped brownies using this recipe for the top and my homemade brownie recipe for the bottom my wife enjoys both so does my family and friends
Emma Burton
Hi Patrick, that's great to hear you and your family love the recipe! I also love that you make it your own.

I love this recipe it’s so easy & versatile I change it up sometimes by adding white choc & blobs of raspberry jam truly delicious. Thank you for this recipe! Been using it years ❤️
Emma Burton
That's great! Thank you for your feedback and kind words. I'm so glad you love the recipe 🙂
Eleanor
This looks amazing! Do you think this recipe would be suitable for freezing?
Emma Burton
Hi Eleanor, thank you! Yes it can be frozen. I like to freeze in an airtight container with each piece separated with non stick paper or aluminium foil. You can also wrap them separately in gladwrap and freeze them if you want separate pieces.
Barbara Smith
Please let me know how to add a frozen berry mix to it and how much you add. Sounds delish and I'd love to try it. Thanks in advance!! 🙂

Hi Emma! Can I add some liquor? I was thinking about white rum. I’m not sure if I should adjust the other ingredients. Thanks!
Emma Burton
Hi, if you are only adding a touch (1 or 2 Tablespoons), that will be fine. Anything more than that and I would add a touch more flour but I can't vouch for the results. Let me know if you give it a go and what the results are!
Cindy from Llano, TX
Really loved the chewy consistency. I used 1/2 cup white chocolate chips and 1/4 cup pecans.
My husband loved them and so did I.

Pefans are a lovely addition! So happy you loved them!

Hi. What if I want to make this in advance and then serve warm? Can I just pop it back in the oven? What would you suggest? X
Emma Burton
I would suggest warming it in the microwave for around 20 seconds. Otherwise you could warm it in the oven on a very low heat
Yvie Creasey
Thanks x

Hi there, I have a can of 300ml condensed milk. Will this effect the recipe? Thanks
Emma Burton
Hi, yes that will affect the blondies. There will be less batter and there is the possibility the batter will be too dry.
Kerri
Even with it being only 4g difference? I’m in Canada and we use ml instead of g
Emma Burton
Apologies, 4g difference will not affect the recipe at all.
So 300ml is fine.
Louise Gorman
Hi if halving recipe as only have half a tin 200g condensed milk, what size pan could i use please?
Emma Burton
Hi, I would use either an 8" pan or a 9" pan.
Laura
Could I make these dairy free by using vegan condense milk and dairy free butter?
Emma Burton
Hi, I believe that will work. I have not personally tried this so can't vouch for the results but I know vegan condensed milk is similar to the dairy versions. If you try this please report back with the results!
Josie
I was out of chocolate chips but really wanted the base of this recipe. Made these with Nestle espresso chips and they were great!
Emma Burton
Great substitute!
LM
This is my 4th time making these. They are SO EASY! I follow the recipe as is but switch up the baking dish size based on what isn't in the dishwasher. Thanks for the easy, yummy, fast recipe!
Emma Burton
You're welcome! I'm glad to hear you love the recipe 🙂
Ash
This is my second time using this recipe and I have to say it works quite well as a base. I don't have chocolate chips but instead I've been using strawberries and a frozen berry mix as a substitute.
Emma Burton
Awesome! Berries would be delicious 😊
Jeanne
Hi! Just wondering if you had to alter the recipe a little since you used a frozen berry mix instead of chocolate chip? TIA!
Mar
Hi! I have made these over and over again. Absolutely delish! .. I was wondering though if I can make them flourless. Will substituting the flour with oats work? Or maybe I could add the oats with a reduced amount of flour, say, one cup of flour and 1.5 oats?
(the kinder bueno one is still on my "to try" list 😉 )
Emma Burton
Yay! I'm so happy you love them as much as me :). Whole oats won't work in the replacement however if you grind them up into a fine oat flour then that should work. You may need to reduce the amount by 1/4 cup as oat flour is more dense than regular flour. I can't vouch for the results as I have not tried with oat flour but I would love to hear if you try this and if it works! Alternatively a gluten free baking blend flour will work
Bora
Can I substitute the pan to 8 1/2 by 8 1/2 inches?
Emma Burton
Yes
Dulce andrade
Can I replace with self raising flour? Also what if I don't have choc chips ? Can't wait to make these yummmmmy
Emma Burton
You don't have to add the chocolate chips and self raising flour will work but they may end up more cakey due to the increased amount of raising agents in the self raising flour.
Tasha
Tried this with nuts and white chocolate chips (mostly cause aI couldn't find any milk choc ones).... And they went down a treat 😀
Emma Burton
That sounds delish!
Aby
I just made these but put in the chocolate chips to soon and they all melted 🙁
Emma Burton
I did the same thing with mine in the photos. You have to be patient if you want the chocolate chips and not a chocolate swirl
Annanya
I love this recipe!! Been wanting to master making blondies for a while and this recipe gives GREAT results
And it's super easy to make as well! I absolutely love this and will be making it again soon!
Emma Burton
Yay! I'm so happy you love them as much as I do 🙂
Fran
Hi; I'm guessing the condensed milk is sweetened? Or regular? That will make a huuuuge difference in the success of the recipe!!
Emma Burton
Hi, I know I answered your question on Instagram but I thought I would answer so others can see it too. It is sweetened condensed milk and I have adjusted the recipe to avoid confusion. Thanks 🙂
Ewa Szumowska
My can of condensed milk is only 300ml. Should I add regular milk?
Emma Burton
Regular milk is too thin and not sweet enough for these blondies which could make them doughy. I would just add extra sweetened condensed milk from another tin
