Biscoff Cookie Bars

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 9" baking pan with baking paper.
In large bowl, stir together the cookie butter, melted butter, brown sugar and sugar.
Add in the egg and vanilla extract.
Add in the flour, cornflour, baking soda and salt and mix until well combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips
Pour half of the cookie dough into the prepared baking pan and smooth into an even layer.
Spread over the extra Biscoff spread and then top with the remaining cookie dough.
If you want to add the Biscoff biscuits on top, do this now. Break the biscuits into pieces and place them over top of the cookie dough.
Bake for around 25-30 minutes (bars will be lightly golden on the top and sides but may appear slightly underdone in the middle.)
