Ingredients
Base;

Butter,

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9"x13" tin.
Base;
In a food processor, combine the butter, icing sugar and flour.
Mix until the mixture is crumbly and well combined.
Press into the base of the prepared tin and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool while you make the topping.
In a saucepan, combine chocolate and condensed milk until the chocolate has melted.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
Add the flour and pecans and mix until combined.
Pour the mixture over to base and place in the oven for a further 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Allow to cool and then cut into squares.
Notes
If it seems dry once it has cooled, don't worry. By the next day they are lovely and soft.
