Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Beat the butter, brown sugar and sugar together
Beat in the egg.
Pour in the vanilla pudding mix, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and mix.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Roll into balls and place on the baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes. They will be soft to the touch but will harden when cooled.
