1 - 2Tbsp.Maple Syrup,Depending on how sweet you want it
Instructions
Base;
Place the walnuts, almonds, cacao and maple syrup in a food processor and mix together.
Add the melted coconut oil and mix until all is combined.
Spread into an 8"x8" lined, baking tin and place in the freezer.
Caramel;
Place the dates, coconut milk and melted coconut oil in a food processor and mix until all the dates are pureed and the mixture is nice and smooth. (around 5 minutes).
Spread this over the nut and chocolate base and place back in the freezer.
Chocolate Topping;
Place the coconut oil, maple syrup and cacao in a saucepan on a low heat and melt everything together.
Spread this over the caramel and place it back in the freezer until the top has set. (At least 1 hour).
