Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 9"x9" baking pan with baking paper and set aside.
Melt the butter and peanut butter together.
In a large mixing bowl, place the brown sugar, sugar and melted butters into the bowl and mix together.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
Mix through the flour, baking soda, baking powder and chocolate chips and mix until all combined.
he mixture should be wet but slightly crumbly.
Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for around 25-30 minutes.
The top and sides will be lightly golden and a skewer inserted in the middle will come out with one or two loose crumbs attached.
Notes
If you are using regular peanut butter, you can reduce the brown sugar by ¼ cup.
You can bake this in a 7"x11" pan to make this bigger and to get more slices. Just reduce the cooking time by a few minutes.
