Rich Cocoa Brownies
These are fudgy, buttery, slightly sweet, super chocolatey and so easy to make. The only chocolate flavour is coming from the cocoa. Minus the white chocolate chips of course....

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F) and line a 8"x8" baking tin with baking paper.
Place the sugar, brown sugar, flour, cocoa and white chocolate chips in a bowl and mix together.
Melt the butter and pour into the dry ingredients.
Add the eggs and mix.
Add the vanilla and mix until all combined.
Place in the prepared tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out with loose crumbs attached.
Notes
These are very rich.
You can replace the white chocolate chips with any flavour you want or omit completey.
These are even better the next day!
