Instructions
Chop the Marshmallows in halves and quarters. Different sizes is good.
Chocolate Sauce;
Place the chocolate, milk and vanilla in a small saucepan over a medium heat and stir until melted together.
Take off the heat and allow to cool while you make the ice cream.
With a beater, beat the cream until soft peaks form.
Add the condensed milk and the vanilla extract and lightly beat until it is all combined.
Add in the chopped marshmallows and chopped peanuts and fold through.
Pour the ice cream mixture into a container.
Pour the sauce through the ice cream and then using a knife just lightly swirl it through.
Place in the freezer to set (preferably overnight).
I have found it is set enough after four hours if you like a soft serve consistency.
Notes
I like my ice cream with quite a bit of vanilla so I add 2 teaspoon but always start with one and taste the mixture to see if you want more vanilla.
