What exactly IS a Zebra Brownie you ask? It is a chocolate brownie baked together with a white chocolate blondie/brownie, forming a combination of black and white. Hence the zebra.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 9"x9" baking tin with baking paper.
First make the white chocolate brownie.
Melt the butter and white chocolate together.
Beat the brown sugar, sugar, egg and vanilla extract together until light and fluffy.
Mix in the chocolate mixture.
Stir in the flour and chocolate chips and pour in the baking tin.
Now make the chocolate brownie.
Melt the butter and chocolate together.

Mix in the chocolate mixture.
Stir in the flour, cocoa and white chocolate chips and pour over the white chocolate brownie in an even layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. The top and sides will be set and the middle will be jiggly. Insert a skewer and when loose crumbs are still attached they are done.
