Fall recipes seem to have taken over the food blogging world this past week. My pinterest and social media has blown up with all things pumpkin and spice. However, I seem to be doing the opposite. Ice Cream week last week and today another no bake, super simple snack in the form of Peanut Butter Clusters. No pumpkin in sight here.
This recipe came together in little over 20 minutes. From the idea, to the creation, to then, of course, the taste test! These clusters are so unbelievably simple to make and are only four ingredients! They are perfect for a quick snack, a lunchbox filler or even dessert! (Just imagine Chocolate Sauce drizzled all over these...)
To make these all you need to do is combine peanut butter with cornflakes and add in the sweeteners which are icing sugar and maple syrup. The icing sugar gives these a lovely smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture while the maple syrup throws the flavour completely over the top! I suppose these could even be considered slightly healthy.... Almost.
This past week I have been working on updating a few of my older post photos and videos which I hope to have edited and posted in the very near future so watch this space!
