Slutty Cheesecake Brownies take my slutty brownies recipe that contain layers chocolate chip cookie bars, Oreos and fudgy brownies and takes that one step further with a layer of cheesecake!
After posting about the Slutty Brownies recipe a couple of months ago, an upgraded version has been on my mind ever since.
Now here it is!

Uni assignments are ramping up again so these slutty cheesecake brownies are helping to get me through!
We have a layer of chewy chocolate chip cookie, a layer of Oreos, a layer of Oreo cheesecake and then finally a layer of fudgy brownies!
If you can't already tell... These are one of my over-the-top, fit for Hollywood desserts!
How To Make The Slutty Cheesecake Brownies
Add the sugar, brown sugar and butter to a bowl and beat together. Add in the eggs and vanilla and beat through. Add in the flour, baking powder and chocolate chips and mix togehter. Add in the chocolate chips and mix through. Add the cream cheese and greek yoghurt to a bowl and beat together. Add in the egg, vanilla and icing sugar and beat until smooth. Add Oreo pieces and mix through. Place butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan and melt together. Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs and sugar and mix through. Add in the flour and cocoa and mix through. Spread the cookie dough in a 9x13 baking pan. Layer with the Oreos. Top with the cheesecake and then the brownie layer and bake!

Slutty Cheesecake Brownies
Ingredients
Chocolate Chip Cookie Layer;
- ¾ Cup and 2 Tbsp. Butter, Partially Melted (200g)
- ¾ Cup Brown Sugar (140g)
- ½ Cup Sugar (100g)
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp. Golden Syrup (20g)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 and ¾ Cups All Purpose Flour (350g)
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips (180g)
- 16-18 Oreo Cookies
Cheesecake Layer;
- 2 Cups Cream Cheese, Room Temperature (500g)
- ½ Cup Greek Yoghurt (or sour cream) (125g)
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cup Icing Sugar (60g)
- 8 Oreo Cookies, Crushed into small pieces
Brownie Layer;
- 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips or Buttons (190g)
- ¾ Cup Butter (170g)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ⅔ Cups Brown Sugar (130g)
- ⅓ Cup Sugar (75g)
- ⅓ Cup Cocoa (31g)
- 1 and ¼ Cups All Purpose Flour (155g)
Instructions
Chocolate Chip Cookie Layer;
- Beat the super soft or partially melted butter, brown sugar and sugar together.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time.
- Add the vanilla extract and golden syrup and beat in.
- Mix in the flour and baking powder.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Set this aside.
Cheesecake Layer;
- Beat the room temperature cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in the Greek yoghurt, vanilla and egg and beat through until smooth.
- Beat in the icing sugar and beat through.
- Stir through the broken pieces of Oreos through and set aside.
Brownie Layer;
- Melt the butter and chocolate together.
- Beat the eggs, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Mix the chocolate mixture through the eggs.
- Mix in the cocoa, followed by the flour.
- Line a 9"x13" baking tin with cooking paper and preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Spread the cookie dough over the base of the baking tin.
- Top with the Oreos.
- Pour over the cheesecake layer.
- Spread over the brownie batter evenly.
- Place in the oven for 35-45 minutes.
- The middle will slightly wobble and a toothpick inserted should have loose crumbs attached.
- The sides and top should be set.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
