I have wanted to make a cookies and cream cheesecake brownie for a long time! Finally the perfect recipe has arrived!
I have cookies and cream brownies, Oreo brownies and flourless cheesecake brownie recipe's on this blog and now I've combined all elements into one.
This recipe is a fudgy, rich and dark chocolate brownie filled with a creamy and tangy vanilla cheesecake filling filled with crushed Oreos.
How to Make Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Brownies
This is a two bowl very easy recipe.
To up the Oreo and cookies and cream flavour, you can top the brownies with extra Oreos but that is entirely optional.

Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Brownies
Ingredients
Cookies and Cream Cheesecake;
- 1 Cup Cream Cheese, Room Temperature (250g)
- ½ Cup Greek Yoghurt (or Sour Cream) (125g)
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cup Icing Sugar (65g)
- 1 Packet Oreos, broken into pieces (133g or 28 cookies)
Brownies;
- 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Buttons (190g)
- ¾ Cup Butter (170g)
- ⅔ Cups Brown Sugar (130g)
- ⅓ Cup Sugar (75g)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour (125g)
- ⅓ Cup Cocoa (31g)
Optional;
- 14 Oreos, broken into pieces (67g or ½ Packet)
Instructions
Cookies and Cream Cheesecake;
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in the Greek yoghurt, egg, vanilla and icing sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Stir through the broken pieces of Oreos and then place in the fridge while you make the brownies.
Brownies;
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 9'' baking tin with baking paper.
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate together.
- Mix the eggs, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract together until the mixture becomes a light golden colour.
- Mix in the chocolate mixture.
- Stir in the flour and cocoa until just combined.
- Spread half of the brownie mixture into an even layer.
- Top with the cookies and cream cheesecake mixture.
- Top with the remaining brownie mixture and place in the oven for 30-35 minutes. The top and sides should be set and crackled. The middle will be slightly wobbly.
- If you are adding extra broken pieces of Oreos, add them to the top of the hot brownies. Allow the brownies to cool before serving or chill completely in the fridge and then serve.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
