Oreo Brownies are rich and fudgy brownies filled with plenty of crisp Oreos. The contrast of fudgy brownies and crunchy Oreos is perfect.
Can you see how fudgy these Oreo brownies are? These are the BEST Oreo Brownies you will find I can assure you!
These brownies are my favourite brownie recipe that I use for many of my brownies including - but not limited to - my Cookie Dough Brownies and my Caramel Brownies. The recipe comes out fudgy, rich, soft and gooey and with a perfect crackly top EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Trust me and my trusty taste testers when we say these brownies are AWESOME!
The Secret To The Perfect Brownie
The secret to these brownies is... There is no secret. Just regular ingredients that you probably have in your cupboards right now. *hint hint*. The melted chocolate gives a richer chocolate flavour and helps create the fudgy texture. The eggs need to be beaten with the sugars as the eggs give the crackly top effect. We only use a small amount of eggs compared to other brownie recipes of this size as I dislike "'eggy' brownies.
That's it.
Make sure you beat the eggs and use dark chocolate for a richer flavour and the rest is just simple, easy ingredients.
Now, I've already made Cookies and Cream Brownies before. They used a mixture of Oreos and cookies and cream chocolate to really get the cookies and cream flavour to shine through the brownies.
These brownies only have Oreos but lots of them. I'm talking a whole packet of Oreos just placed right in the mixture. The Oreos give the brownies texture and of course when you cut yourself a slice, you get soft, fudgy, chocolate brownies and basically a whole Oreo all in one slice! Not bad I say!
