Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies are a rich and fudgy chocolate brownie with a layer of peanut butter fudge running through the centre for a rich and sweet peanut butter chocolate treat!
I am currently stuffing my face with about three four of these brownies. Healthy lunch? Probably not but what can I do? #foodbloggerlife. Needless to say these brownies hit the sweet spot for rich and dark and fudgy as well as sweet from the peanut butter fudge middle.
As you will see from the short video below, these peanut butter fudge brownies are insanely easy to make.
How to Make the Peanut Butter Fudge?
Simple. Take four ingredients: peanut butter (smooth and I prefer an all natural peanut butter but a regular peanut butter would work fine too), milk, icing sugar and vanilla extract (the good kind not the imitation. Trust me, you an taste the difference in the fudge).
Mix the four ingredients together and that's it! Seriously. Isn't that the easiest fudge you will ever make?
The brownies are a classic brownie recipe that really doesn't need explaining, (you can watch the video to see how simple the brownie mixture is), layer the two together and you have a peanut butter chocolate brownie with a sweet, peanut butter middle.
A must try I say!
