S'mores Fudge take a quick and easy three ingredient chocolate fudge and turns it into a marshmallow, s'mores fudge! Creamy fudge with chewy pockets of marshmallows and crunchy pieces of digestive biscuits (graham crackers).
If you haven't noticed I have been on a rocky road/fudge binge on my blog lately! We started with the Honeycomb Rocky Road, No Bake Nutella Fudge and most recently the Peanut Butter Rocky Road Fudge. Now we have S'mores Fudge because s'mores!
This fudge could not be simpler to make. Only five ingredients and no candy thermometer needed! The fudge is my trusty 'cheats' fudge which is just a combination of chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. You want good vanilla extract for this fudge. Trust me, cheap imitation vanilla just doesn't cut it.
You then want to work reasonably fast by adding in chopped marshmallows and broken up digestive biscuits (graham crackers) as the fudge will slowly thicken and harden which makes it very difficult to stir.
You could replace regular sized marshmallows with mini marshmallows to save chopping them up. I just prefer the gooiness of the regular sized marshmallows to the mini ones.
I hope you enjoy these S'mores Fudge and I truly hope you give this recipe a go and remember to rate and report back your results in the comments below. Could you add cups ounces and teaspoon measurements for us here in the USA please? Thank you
Emma Burton
Hi Janie, I am currently in the process of adding that to all my posts. In the mean time, I do have a free downloadable conversion chart that converts to all those measurements to make it easy for my US readers. I'll provide the link to that below 🙂
